HI.
I just had a few questions for you experts
I weigh 200 pounds. With out my shirt on I dont look the best, but with my shirt on I look all buff and what not.
My question is, How should i go about lifting to were I get strong (main goal) and look good with out my shirt.
Also (most important question):
I want to get very strong, so how should I got about eating. I mean, i read stuff about eating 3000-4000 cals a day, I dont think i should eat that much lol i weigh 200 pounds already.
well here is a pic of my front and arms.
Please give me some advice.
*also* im not new to bodybuilding, just getting back into it......damn college....
