Hello this is the first time I'm posting on this board. I would like advice on what I need to take in order to reach my goal. A little information about me before I ask my question. I'm 28 years old 214 lbs and 5 ''9.'' I'm def out of shape right now. My ideal wieght is about 185 if I'm in great shape. Anyhow I workout on and off depending on whats going on at work flukuating my weight regularly. My new years resolution is to get in the best shape of my life I started working out yesterday for the first tme in a few month. I stocked up the house with good food went to GNC bought my protien and Red Line diet pills. This is my question to the people that have reached the goals I'm looking to achieve or know how to reach them. My goal is this to get as cut as possable about 1 year and a half ago I was at 13 percent bodyfat I would like to surpass this by far I saw an article on a guy who is a male fitness model who I'd ike to look like just once in my life. My goal is not to be the biggest guy but exstremly cut. I asked my albanian friend who has more experience with working out then me what body fat he believed the guy to be and believed that he was 6 percent. My goal is to drop down to 185 and have 17 inch arms and a 30 inch waist I want to drop down to 6 percent body fat basically I wan to look like a fitness model once in my life. I want advise on what steroids I need to take in order to get there and how and when to use them. The ones I know I will need is Clenbuteral and Winstrol is there any others I should use and how should I use them and how much wieght should I use until I start to use them. I appreciate any advise given from experienced people. If you want to send me a private message that is fine also.

oh boy....bro i dont even know where to start.......well how about this before you even CONSIDER juice get your diet and training on track first cuz it sounds like ya dont know what your doing just yet....you need to put hard work and time in if you expect to get anything out of it...im just warning you now that your gonna get flamed pretty hard here....research is what you need now not a magic pill or shot (they dont exisist)....stick around here visit the diet and training board and READ....steroids dont cut you up your diet does so your misinformed there....and messing with clen without knwoing what your doing is very bad considering you could fuck yourself up good and end up killing yourself (heart attack) if you take too much.....read and ask more educated questions....at least this will set you on the right path now its up to you to do the right thing and read.......
 
good luck bro....but listen man, steroids isn't the answer right now...stick around here and read up as much as you can...there are a lot of good bros here and you will learn a lot....patience and dedication is the key here....i'm glad to see that your wanting to do something good for your body, but like i said, there isn't a miracle drug that will make you look like a fitness model overnight

stick with a healthy diet...morning cardio if your work schedule allows it would also do wonders for you, do the cardio on an empty stomach....go to the gym and workout about 3 to 4 times a week....if you need a good workout, just shoot me a PM, i would be more than willing to help
 
If only it was that easy. Those guys you see in the muscle mags have been training for years. It's not gonna happen overnight. It's all about hard work, dedication, and consistency. There's no magic pill that's gonna make you hard and shredded at 6%bf. Get in the gym, bust your ass for the next year or two, and then come back and ask these questions again.

and dont think more is better in regards to training, you dont want to over train....

Listen I appreciate all and any advice given I was about in the same shape as I am now a year and 1/2 ago and i droped 25 lbs in about 8 weeks and got in pretty good shape. I want to make something clear I have worked out before don't think I haven't. I staqrted working out on and ff ever since I was 15. I've wrestled on Divion 2 team and know how to get in shape. I walked into the gym for the first time in 4 months and put up 275 on the flat bench. I was in worse shape before and dropped the same amount of wieght I wanted and got to 13 percet bodyfat in 8weeks. I'm not looking for a miracle drug I do know how to work out not to the extent of a profesional but I do and have in the past. I'll drop the wieght in 8 to 9 weeks what I want is advise on is getting to 6 rather then 13. So maybe this gives a better picture
 
just keep doing what you did to lose that 25lbs, that shit takes some time and effort

and by the way, winny doesn't actually burn fat.....read up on clen then if you insist on using steroids

Not really sure how the forum works yet thats why I started a new post. I know winnie makes yours muscles harder and I know clenbutaral makes you burn fat. I wanted to know what else to use in order to get that cut. I know how to diet and exercise. I havwe on and of for years. I can loose the 28 lbs in 10 weeks what I wanted to know is
How to use and what to use in order to finish the process?
Drugs dosages ecetra?

definitely hit up the anafit shop

glucorell + sesapure + trex is good shit

many say stacking the above with clen for 2 weeks, followed with ephedrine/caffeine for 2 weeks

of course, diet and training must be ideal, or to hell with it all

If you've never used before, and want to... then I suggest you just run 1 or 2 things and leave it at that. Im not gonna tell you NOT to use gear. You're old enough to do what you want. For your goals, I think a var/clen combo would be more than enough. I'll give you advice, but Im not gonna construct a cycle for you. Do some research and learn how to run the compounds that you think would work best for you. There's plenty of good info here on the boards.

I have used before in the past I've taken many steroids in the past and have seen great results. I just got in a bad habbit of going out ofter work and drinking every day. Everyone goes through phases. Just not drinking alone I will cut off 10 lbs imediatley.
Being that I have used before do you recomend using more then the two you mentioned or should I just stay with the Var/Clen and Winnie to get the look I'm after?

If you've used before, then you should already have the answers to all of these questions. You should know how your body responds to certain compounds and thus, how you need to run them.

And yes, I think that var/clen would be sufficient by itself.

outlaw gives you advise and but says he will not construct a cycle for you and then the very next post you say " thanks, how much should i use and how long?"

damn man, read something on your own for a freaking change.....i understand your trying to figure something out, but hell you want us to spoon feed you
