New member here. Have been reading posts for a while--really helpful...thanks. Am hoping I can get some good feedback on what's likely going to be my first cycle.
I am 31, 5'10", 175 lbs, 10% bf. Looking to gain 10-15 lbs of quality muscle while continuing to drop bf. I'm totally fine taking my time to build--my priority is quality muscle that I can hold on to, with low side effects.
This is what was recommended to me:
To mitigate DHT effects/hair loss, I've got minoxidil and finasteride, which I've already started started taking.
This cycle seems pretty well thought out to me, but I'd really appreciate comments. Specifically:
1) Do you think this will meet my high-quality muscle/low side effect goal?
2) Do you think this is a safe bet for the 10-15 lb goal (I know I need to be lifting hard and eating well)?
3) Any ideas from personal experience how quickly I might see results?
4) What's the point of ramping down the Test Cyp--is that necessary? That's the only part that seems a little strange to me.
5) I'm actually heading to the beach in 1 month, and don't want any water bloat. So I'm thinking of maybe holding off on starting till after I get back. Do you think bloating will be an issue with this combo?
