Advice re Dianabol

189lbs in weight
have trained hard several times a week for years, however due to an operation it has been months since I have been able to train at all. Every part of my body seems to be slack and in melt down. Need advice and opinions re the following when linked to a controlled diet.
1.
dianabol 20mg per day week 1, 30mg week 2, 40mg week 3, 30mg week 4, 20mg week 5. usinf proviron during cycle if required. Liv-52 2x640mg per day. End of cycle taking clomid 2x50mg per day for 3 weeks.
2.
Training routine, how many times a week and for how long per session
3.
advice re: % of carbs, protein, Fats intake per day and how many cals I should aim for.
4.
useful additional supplements.
5.
how long required off before second cycle.
 
dbol only will make u look chubby and bloated for the few weeks that u use it, then you'll shrink back down to original size. good cycle huh? If you dont even have a solid training or diet routine , why the hell u considering juice?
 
go up ta 50mg ed and ad some winny 50 ml eod maby 2ml deca a week. but i would have to agree with richscd2 tho

if you just want to test the water ,and want to use orals go with dbol @20mg ed(2 on waking and 2 at tea time with) 50mg ed of proviron for 5 weeks,thats 100 5 mg tabs of dbol
then 3 weeks of just nolva @20mg ed for pct get some aifm to hold the bloat back and youll be supprised at the results as long as youre diet and training are in check
I recomend you go to the training and diet forums and ask about the rest there
as for coming off its up to you its youre body but most folk say time=time off but...its youre call. I wouldent do oral cycles all the time it'll fuck you up!!

I've seen where some have had success with D-bol only cycles, but I wouldn't recommend it. Personally I think D-bol is best for kick starting a cycle.

Here is some advice, when you lose all your gains from that DBol only cycle come back here and learn how to do a real one.

would be a good place to start, that way you dont just blow up like the State Puff Marshmellow Man, and then deflate like a flat tire a week after your done the dbol.

Yeah you will grow like a weed on that. I personally would go with 250mg test as first cycle, something like...

Wk 1-10 TestE 250mg ( only 1 shot a week ! )
Wk 1-4 TBol 40mg ED
Wk 8-12 Anavar 40mg ED
Wk 1-12 AIFM 2pumps ED ( or another appropriate AI )

Start PCT Wk 13.

That ought to be good for 15-20lbs, keep 12-15 of them.

JohnnySeven, if you're getting back to the gym after a lengthy layoff then do it naturally for the first few months, maybe a year, maybe more.

You'll be growing like a weed getting back to training so why throw gear into the mix? When the natty growth stalls out again then rethink but, until then, you've no need of gear unless you just want it to feel good or as a training crutch. I definitely don't recommend it as a training crutch. In that direction will lie the belief that you can't train effectively without gear.

Just hit the gym, man, and get your diet back in order. Forget drugs for a long while.

Have you ever thought you were a rare exception?

Just because it works for one person out of a thousand does not mean its good to advise people to do.
 
Dbol was the drug of choice in the early '60s that allowed the US athletes to compete on almost equal terms with the Soviet ones who were on Test. Of course you can keep your gains if you do it properly.

You're right though as regards offering it out as a cycle. Probably really only for the aspect, though, that the typical first-time dbol user has no clue what he's doing and likely will lose all of his gains.
