I am 29 6 feet tall 225 at 15% Bf
My first cycle was at age 21 it was Larabolin 50mg/ml I took it for 8 weeks at 150mg per week
My second cycle was at age 23 it was sus 250 1 shot per week for ten and 1cc of deca 200 per week
My third cycle at age 24 was Tren ace, 75mg/ml eod for 8 and 200mg of deca per week
My fourth at age 26 was sus 250 500mg per week 1-10 and winnie tabs 30mg per day week6-10
I started at 170 lbs and at the end of 4th cycle was 227lbs at 6% BF
I took some time off and have now been lifting and eating right for about a year and a half I am at 225 at 10-15% Bf and 29 years of age
I want to firm up some and maybe gain a 5-10 lbs of muscle I know your diet and workout, cardio and diet affect the quality mass you gain. my proposed cycle was going to be
EQ 400mg/week 1-14
sus or enanth 400-500mg per week 1-10
not really looking to get huge more towards lean mass
open to suggestions what do you guys think
