Advice please...

I tried searching for info and really didn't find out what I need to know. What I want is quick mass and strength gain. I haven't been in a gym in years and am about to head back. I'm in good shape with low body fat. Just no size. If anyone could offer some advice on anything that might help me out, I would appreciate it.
 
I would say get back into the gym, perfect your diet and then think about gear. My expereince has been someone just getting back into the game and jumping on juice will become easily disallusioned once the cycle is over and you will likely stop lifting. Make sure your lifting for the right reasons and that you want to and will be able to stick with it over time. If you can, then investing the time and energy into AAS use will be worthwhile. If your just looking for a quick fix, youve come to the wrong place.
 
Thanks for the reply. I am going to have to do some checking on dietary changes. With my wife being a insulin dependent diabetic, I've pretty much gotten into a habit of eating according to her dietary needs. As for a quick fix, that's not it at all. I loved lifting and now I've got time to get back to it. Thanks again.
 
definatly get back into the gym for atleast a year or two. you will make good natural gains that way. then think about some gear. no reason to take the chance of jacking yourself up when you dont need to.
 
without building a good base something is bound to tear then you've had it!!!
