Lets not get me flamed here lol ill not being a dipshit ill start with stats and other needed information for anyone to help me.. First. If i miss something, ask. i want advice, not a tongue lashing.
1. 5'7 145lbs. Started at 109lbs 4 1/2 years ago. 23 yrs old.
2. train hard, got great workouts from training with professional body builders here and there who are personal friends.
3. dont ask why im not asking them questions, i want this confidential and they have biggger mouthes then muscles.
4. Had two set backs within my 4 1/2 to 5 years of training, motorcycle accident with a couple scull fractures and mouth all stitched up so i lost twenty pounds over 2 or 3 month period. (hit by stupid teenage girl)
5. double hernia operation, had them from when i was little.. just got painful with all the dead lifts and squats.. out for 2 months there.
6. i have a OK/decent diet. i have pretty good knowledge about what to eat, whats clean, and what not to eat. Just slightly lazy on cooking it up for myself.
7. this is my second cycle, 1st was sustanon 250 deca 200 every 5 days 1cc of each for 12 weeks. clomid 300/100/50 and half ass anti e (6oxo) started at 4 weeks in.. still got very light back, shoulder acne, 10 pimples tops. got ugly chest acne tho probly 15 red suckers in the middle.. (would love to avoid that)
I want a second cycle that will be good for me, I gained 16 pounds from the last one, with doing legs 3 times, Stupid training, I know. I hurt my leg in an accident 2 weeks in, after it healed i fell outa a tree stand and got a contusion on the bone in my knee, lol yeah im a mess i know... and by the time that was able to hold weight I was close to the end of my cycle.
Want to try enanthate this time? maybe one of the other tests in sustanon gave me the acne? and what should it be stacked with, along with dosages and time period.
I have a good build shape, very defined and pretty semetrical.. (legs are lacking)

usually change up my routine from low reps to highs.. 20 reps to 15 rep supersets lately.. been growing naturally, but its slow and inconsistent.
I dont need to be stronger. but i want quality muscle. Ive kept 14 of the 16lbs I gained from the last cycle, its been 11 months. (my diets are clean even tho Im already lean.
Well thats the end of my novel, so any input is greatly appreciated. thanks. and any suggestions of cycles are appreciated, i do my research myself in great depth. Im extremely safe and get all before start and everything is unopened and sanitary and i follow procedure perfectly.
