Advice on Supplements

Allright Fellas and Ladies,
I am a hammerthrower for a D1 NCAA team. I was wondering what kind of supplements I should be taking? I am taking some ZMA and a daily vitamin right now. I also an on CKD.

If you do high intensity exercise, CKD is probably not the diet for you - especially if you're in the D1 NCAA, a lot of effort I assume.

I would suggest looking into multi vitamins/minerals, Vit C, E, D, B, Calcium, and cranberry extract. There are many more, but these are just the basics.

I am a thrower myself..........I would suggest whey protein, dextrose powder, and some r-ala for post workout meals.
