Hi guys, first of all let me introduce myself a little bit before I go into this as this is my first post . I'm 23 year old guy from Belgium , and in training about 5 years now , stayed natural untill 22 , and did my first cycle wich was test e 500 mg for 12 weeks and saw amazing results with it . Now I got my hands on some awesome stuff , which is parabolin or tren hex. I'm doing this cycle now :
Week 1 - 10 para 76 mg , eod . So 3 amps a week .
Week 1 - 12 test e 500 mg week .
My goal is to add lean muscle while staying as lean as possible and gain some strength ofcourse. My stats are now 6 ft 200 pounds 10 % .
Now what I want u guys opinion about is should I up the para dose to 4 amps a week and lower the test to 300 mg ?
I heard and read that it will give better results of the tren dosage is higher than the test as the tren is 5x more potent. Just add the test to keep the libido functioning properly. What do guys think , I started previous Monday and within first days felt a slight strength increase and crazy pumps and vascularity .
Btw my macros are the following;
Training days 3300 kcals 45 % protein , 40 % carbs 15 % fats. Getting almost all my protein out of food except 1 post workout shake and non training days :
3000 kcals , 40 % protein , 30 % carbs , 30 % fats
