Recently I really injured my tailbone( bruised badly/maybe fractured). Going to doctor next week so ill see what is up then. But should I continue squating and deadlifting? I only ask about these exercises cause they are heavy compound movements that put stress everywhere. when I squat it doesn hurt that area nor does it when I deadlift (well maybe a tad). But im worried that maybee these are not good to do right now, but on the other hand I am worried that not doing squats is going to seriously hinder my leg growth even more. (got kinda small legs) I really want to squat because #1 im "on" and they have been growing like never before, and #2 I really think I can bring them up to par with my upper body this cycle. What do you bros suggest I do just go for it if I am not haveing any pain? ( I only have pain when I sit on it lol I hate sitting right now!)
