Advice on cycles for multi-discipline athletes

Posted this elsewhere but didn't get any replies...

I've put together a couple cycles for me and a friend on my team. I hang more on the endurance side of things (triathlon, etc) and he's more on the strength end. That having been said we both workout 8-15 times a week doing various disciplines: olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, running, swimming, xfit and more. I'm 24, 6'2 205 6%bf and hes 28, 5`11 190 7%bf. This is my 3rd cycle and his 5th. Previous cycles included primo/var and winny alone for me and various test cycles for him. Brief workout history for me includes 4yrs hight school sports, 4yrs amateur bodybuilding and college athletics, and 2yrs of more serious endurance work and xfit.
Calories in both cases will be somewhere in between a cutting and bulking cycle; enough to train hard but not put on too much mass. Hydration schedule will include IV fluids at night and ASA to keep clotting down with the increased crit due to high altitude training and gear.

Cycle 1 (mine):
Sust 250mg 2xweek / 500 per wk weeks 1-2
Test E 250mg 1xweek / 250 per wk weeks 3-12
EQ 300mg 2xweek / 600 per wk 12 weeks
Winny 40-50mg ed / 350 per wk weeks 6-12
PCT with HCG/nolva/clomid
Adex on hand for sides if needed

Goal is to run <4:50 mile and powerlift >1100lb in the same 24hour period. Currently at 5:10 and around 1000.

Cycle 2 (his):
Tren ace 75 eod weeks 1-6
Dbol 10mg 2xday weeks 1-4
Sust 250 2xweek weeks 1-12
Winny 40mg ed weeks 7-12

Same PCT as above. He's trying to powerlift >1450 and keep his mile around 5:30. I think he's at 1350 and 5:49 right now. His workout history includes 6-7yrs of steady olympic/powerlifting and 3yrs of endurance sports.

Workout schedule in both cases will be a 2xday during the week split between powerlifting/olympic lifting in the am and running/swimming/etc in the pm with a long enduro (~3-4hrs) workout on saturday and xfit with sunday as a light recovery day. This is a slight bump up from the usual schedule which is more like 2x day 3 days out of the week.

I've got some baseline bloodwork done last week, and I'm gonna aim for labs around week 6 and post cycle.

Should I get some dostinex for prog. sides from the tren just in case? All other gear's on hand. Otherwise, any other comments welcome.

Thanks guys!
