ok, first off im about 6'1", 162lbs, and bf% is around 10%. I've been working out for about 2 years but now I want to get more cut. What do you all suggest I do to get more cut but also I would like to still get good strength gains.
Eat right, and cardio. That's my recommendation. If you are %10 BF then what is it that you are looking for? To maintain an 8% lifestyle. That's all in cardio and diet brother.
if your happy at 162 and just want to shed body fat just get your diet in check i don't even think you need cardio if that is light for that height. you don't need aas either it will not help shed fat.

Youre about the size of my buddy who's 5"11 168, he's also 3.5% BF. He was told it's bf% of an Olympic athelte. But he eats the most god'fkn'aweful food. Soy and organic everything, no oils, no red meat, no sugar, whole grains, and eats in very small amounts YEAR ROUND. It's his lifestyle. He runs every day, and lifts, so don't be fooled by ppl who say you dont need cardio. That's pretty much it dude. It's about the discipline. I'm not that disciplined to eat like that, nor do I like the flavor of fkn GardenBurgers. One time we went out for some wings and beer while watching some baseball, he almost went into a fkn coma. His body would reject anything foreign.
i dont really have a specific diet, i try and just go for low fat and get protein. so, what foods should i be looking to buy the next time i make the trip to walmart? also, how well would winny work with my body style?
