Advice on armidex dosage!!

This is my first cycle and I will be doing test prop at 400mgs a week, what do u think is a good dosage of armidex that will elliminate 95% of the water retention??

I'm running 400mg of test/wk and am switching from Nolvadex/EOD to Arimidex at 0.25mg/ed. I'll keep everyone posted on results...

Strong man, I think u should be good w/.50mg/day, but see how it goes, if that doesn't work bump it to .75 or 1mg/day.

I'm on sust right now and have no bloating at all. I'm at .50mg/day.

Strongman, .25 should be fine. You are only doing 400mgs of prop per week by itself correct? If you begin adding water weight when on .25, then increase to .50 But I think .25 should be fine.
