advice on a PCT

I am currently 1 week into a 4 week cycle of SUS500. I'm also thinking of stacking Formadrol extreme for the last 3 weeks. I am going to take 6-OXO Extreme as my PCT. My question is how long and how many pills per day of 6-OXO do you think I should take? Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is my first cycle. I am 32 years old by the way.

6-oxo has a steroidial aromatase inhibitor. Its not a bad supplement to use while on cycle for suppresing estrogen, but it can inhibit your natural testosterone recovery because it is a hormone.
