As far as my diet is concerned, for the last 2 months , every morning I will eat a small bowl of cereal for breakfast, Lunch is a Isopro shake, dinner is chicken or some type of fish, and for a snake at night I will have another shake.... it might not be a perfect diet but the fat is going away.
As far as gear, I'm just looking at it as one of my options...

Just eat a lot, but clean man... and train yer arse off... Train 3 x 4 times a week and get 8 hours of sleep a night... make sure to stretch etc.. and REALLY pound it.. with lots of heavy presses, deads etc... Just keep researching... juice will likely fill you will water and acne that'll dissipate, and leave you disillusioned... just go at it hardcore for a few years first... cuz honestly you'll make the same gains with or without at this point... read up on ALL the diet stuff, and training stuff on here...
