Advice needed..

Im new to the boards just want to say hi 2 you all.link above is me running in the 2003 Camp Pendlton Mud run.I am all natural,Just diet,daily vitamins and lots of sweat.Take notice to the size of my legs though...They are as skinny as they come and out of proportion.I suffered a leg injury in 2000 and and was down for almost a year..down i mean no weight bearing at all...well after physical theropy and such i made them strong but they refuse to grow..What kind of recommendation would you make with my only goal beeing to bring legs into proportion with the rest of my body.I could put on a little more mass but I am already pretty top heavy so need workouts and supplement reccomendations I am 27 5'9 175lb.If I posted in wrong area I appoligize.

since you posted in the steroid section, try d-bol. if you want to stay natural then i would do some 5x5 leg workouts, heavy squats, extensions even maybe some deadlifts. check out the WSB style, or the bill starr 5x5, you should probably learn about those if you're a part of this forum.... A lot of people are having success and huge gains. I was top heavy at 5'5" and 180 lbs. never hit legs until recently (3-4 months) and they're getting proportionate. try posting this in the weight training section

good advise

try changing your work outs before trying steroids. I'll bet you'll be surprised at the results. Either way, good luck bro.
 
Thanks for the advice.Sry I took so long to respond but i have swicthed gears a full 180 on my training and decided to run the Chicago,so my weight training has been secured untill after October...Unless I qualify for the Boston.
