Any advice on this:

Ok this is what I want to do (for entertainment purposes only of course).

Say I was to come up on some Winstrol Depot, there has to be some training and diet changes to coincide with this, what I want to know is what should they be.

First of all I have never done anything stronger than creatine before. I've been working out steady for over 5 years and this is what I'm working with: I'm 5'9" 185lbs, pretty solid with BF under 10%. My training is 3 on/ 1 off, with first 3 days heavy and the other 3 light (had to start lifting lighter because heavy was starting to hurt me) with approx. 20-25 minutes of some kind of aerobic activity 4 days a week too (should I change this to heavy all the time on the Winstrol?, what about the aerobic stuff?). My diet is pretty good, I'm taking in about as many calories as I can handle right now, with quite a large percentage coming from protein, probably something like 45/35/20. (again should I change anything here besides upping my calories, should I try and increase my carbs, or carbs and proteins?). My ultimate goal is to gain at least 10 lbs of lean muscle mass and if I lost any fat that would be great too (is this a realistic goal?)

Anybody have any ideas?
 
Ive never done a winstrol only cycle but from those I know who have they complained about joint and tendon pain.
 
What is your age?
I don't know if you can gain ten pounds of LBM in 4 to 6 weeks of Winstrol only. If you want to gain you need to increase workout intensity and decrease cardio. If you want to look ripped as hell then keep the cardio. My personal opinion is that I would do 10 minutes of cardio pre workout and then keep the intensity level of your routine at a high rate. You get the benifit of cardio without actually doing the cardio.
Keep you diet clean and eat a lot of PT and things should be OK if you can stand the sore joints.
You should get some PCT stuff like PF's "Post cycle" for when you go off.
You are goiong to hear. "add some test with the winny" and I guess I would have to agree.
 
Winstrol will cut you up (with proper diet and a shift in training from high intensity/low rep ------> moderate intensity/moderate rep), but you won't have much luck gaining 10 (keepable) pounds of muscle.

So, I'll be the first one to confirm Goldprospector's suspicions:
"Throw in some test."

But not like you might imagine I'd tell you to...

I'm gonna say throw in some sustanon at 250 or 500mg/wk for weeks 1-6, and from weeks 5-10 use winny at 50mg ED (or EOD; believe it or not, a bro I work with has had wicked results at 50mg EOD after a 6-weeker of sust, and with reduced joint pain).

Naturally, use whatever post-cycle therapy you'd like... nolva at 20mg/day for weeks 8-13 would be good, IMO (along with whatever herbals you want).

if you already hurt dont use winny, go with a test ,enanthate is great ,you will get a nice ten lbs and prob be able to go heavier on weights to a nice 400mg a week cycle for 8-10 weeks would be great

Never heard that about the joint pain, thanks for the advice, the reason I am thinking Winstrol is I want to keep whatever I gain and also want to stay on the mild side, as far as side affects go. I'll research the options you guys listed.(unless of course you got a quick run-down on them for me) I also never heard of having to take anything once the cycle is over (excuse me I am new), what's the reason?

Bro, time to do some more research before you stick yourself with any kind of AAS.

The unbelievably short version is that moderate to high doses of exogenous (from outside the body) steroids will suppress your exogenous (from inside the body) testosterone production (as well as other hormones, and the hormone releasing hormones such as FSH, GnRH, ACTH in some cases, etc.). You need to do something after you stop the exogenous dosing in order to let your body recover appropriately, and start producing endogenous hormones once again.

Good to hear, bro... too many guys get caught mid-cycle with wicked bitch-tits or something worse (can we say liver damage?).

So what's the opinion on the "best" ( and in my terms best means the one with best benefits with the least side affects). I not really in for ruining my liver, getting bitch tits, or being unable to fuck. I'm looking for something realitively "safe" ( yeah I know everything can be potentianlly dangerous).
