I have been researching cycles, and need help with understanding how long to stay off between cycles, I was on a 12 week deca winny cycle, and took my last shot 10 weeks ago. Got good results, 20lbs. I took clomid 3weeks, too. Anyway do I have to wait 12 weeks from my last shot or 12 weeks from when clomid stopped. My next cycle which I cant wait for, will be 400 a week deca and 400 a week Test Cyp. For 8 weeks. Just would like to get clear on when I can start. Thanks!!
