Advice needed for cycle : Test Enan/Var

44 y/o 6'2", 265. BF at 24% currently. seventh cycle but has been a while. I want to be at 235 lbs
and strength thru the ceiling again. My questions are these:

1. Can I run Test Enanthate 500mg per week for 12 weeks
2. I can add Var to any part of the cycle? which part or all?
3. PCT is currently Clomid 50mg ed for two weeks? should that be tweeked
4. Letrozole at what dosage for this during the cycle and beyond?
5. Should I incorporate Proviron. if so, how?
6. Should winny be at the end of the cycle or is that too much?
7. Is there anything else i should add to this for protection or forethought?

Been a while since you cycled or been training?

You should be in the diet and training section, not on gear. Also even if you did run a cycle, the only benefit you should use it for is it retain muscle on a low cal diet..

var and winny will give you not benefit at 24% bodyfat.

My training has not been solid or consistent. I have always been able to catch up, if you will, in training and put things together. but you get older as
father time always says. i agree whole heartedly that I must get my diet consistent for a period of time with commitment and not deviate. get my ass
out of bed and do what i say i am going to do rather than just bitch about it. I am sure you have that before. I will post updates of my success or my
failures on this board as an over 40 poster. I am not new, but new to being this out of shape. This will hurt for a month or so until I come to grips with
trying to resurrect my life or get busy into retirement. I want to look good and I have always fallen short of my real goal which is to get a proper habit
in doing the whole deal. sleep/water/fiber/cal balance/training the right way to stimulate/cardio the right time of day for max efficiency/stretching and then
stretching some more/ planning the work then working the plan. it seems so easy to say. I know I can not be successful on day 90 unless I win day 1
first and have then planned to win day two.. It is ironic but the transformation experience sounds a lot like drug rehab 12 steps if you think about it
1 day at a time and is the short term sacrifice worth the long term pay off
