What's the best way to keep gaining after a cycle? IGF-1? Insulin? Certain supplements? I'm getting on the latter half of my cycle and I want to do what it takes to stay jacked! I think I want to compete soon too. What do the pros do? I need some hardcore, surefire schooling fellas. Lay it on me. K for all.

Don't come off, that is the easiest thing to do, especially if you are gonna compete. That IS what the pros do. Bridge with an AAS/Insulin/etc....

I'd just stay on though.

Your better off to come off the drugs to clean out and do it old school style.
being jacked year round means being on drugs year round even if its igf or insulin the side effects are to high.
your doing good from the last pics i saw of you krish just keep on adding a 5lbs quality muscle each cycle for the next 5-6 cycles and before you no it 3 years later youll have the body you want and have avoided the side effects of rushing it with the gh.igf and insulin.

rember eazy come eazy go. slow build up with eq, winnie, primo ,anavar those gains seems to stick around forever.

run highly dosed bulking cycles, then bridge for a month cruising on 250mg Cyp per week then hit it hard again. On the month your bridging make sure your running slin a couple times per day. Keep the slin going one month on one month off.

just stay on low dose of some test or sust and use it as 6-8 week bridge till you figre out your cutting cycle

If you want to keep weight on after a cycle, try GHRP-6. I've recently used it and it put way too much weight on me....around 12 lbs in 2 weeks at a dose of around 500mcg/day.

AR I think the question was gains, not weight. French Silk pie will put on 12 pounds in 2 weeks as well.

There is no way to keep what you gain if you've used AS to push yourself past your genetic limit. Like BMJ said, you have to stay on. If you remove the AS that is holding your LBM levels over your GL then you'll lose it. You won't lose it all but you also won't hold any more than your genetics will allow.

I think if you want to compete, you will be competing of course against your self and a bunch of guys that are on every fricking thing in the book

24/7

12 months out of the year.

The guys I know that compete, and chicks are on all the time.

I don’t compete and I have been on about 10 months out of 12 for the last few years.

My point is, these freaks today, like Coleman are on all the time and on a lot!

I beg to differ.

Food can keep you at the same weight... composition of that weight may vary person to person ;)

:) I had to.

If someone wants an example of a Pro... look at Kevin Levrone (sp?) ... beastly proportions in his BB prime. He had to loose alot of weight to be competitive in Hollywood for movies and such... He looks like a normal "buff" gym goer now. I doubt he trains, eats, or injects like he used to though.

Keep in mind fellas that I don't want to stay at the same weight afterwards if it means my bf is going to be 5% higher. I don't want to keep gaining either if it means mostly fat. I'm talking muscles here, not just weight.

If leanness is your prime concern, then run with the IGF/MGF combo.

Your one option is to stay on all the time / bridging.... otherwise, I maintain my gains and even grow some by maintaining calories close to what my bulking calories were (just eat cleaner).... creatine helps me also...and keep training hard.... I'm thinking of trying IGF this time around for PCT, just to see what it will do for my gains.

Don't come off. That's really the only way to continue making quality lean gains.

I do not see what the point is of coming off for just 1 month. HPTA will not recover, and nothing can replace AAS as far as keeping the muscle that you have obtained, especially if it is way above your genetic limit.

It's better just to stay on, and then bridge with less androgenic AAS if you want to take a break.

besides risking permanent shutdown of your natural test levels, what are the other risks of always staying on or even bridging between cycles?
