Advice for newbie

First post here, I've read a few hundred threads on here mostly relating to dbol, and also talked to a few people. I just got some dbol, 100 10 mg tabs, and am gonna get some anti-e soon, I dno what he's gonna get, it depends what comes in.

I guess I should include a few basic stats

age:20
height:5'9
weight:163

I have been bigger, up to 170, i just have a lot of trouble getting past that, I don't know my body fat, but I am fairly lean, lean enough to have visible abs

Anyways, I was just wondering what would be the most effective way to take the 100 tabs, He suggested doin a 20 first week 30 2nd 40 3rd and 4th, for the 5 days i work out durin the week, and then 20 for the 2 days im off.

But my biggest question was when do i start the anti-e's, he told me 2 weeks into it, so with 2 weeks left, andthen continue for 2 weeks after, but I just keep seein people on here sayin they take them after they come off.. and just wondering how long I should take it

also I was wondering how long after the cycle i should wait before I can start the 2nd one, I think for my 2nd cycle ill bite the bullet and inject :S.

I know I'm a total newbie to this site and to steroids, this is my first cycle btw, and I'd appreciate any help, thanks

I was also told that I should chew them up b/c its easier to absorb or some bs, just wondering if there was any truth in that, also i read somewhere on here, about just letting it dissolve under your tongue, although im not sure if that was dbol or not

but anyways, i still want some advice on the best dosage to take
