advice for high androgen cycle

i have never been on a high androgen/low anabolic cycle before and im wondering if i should change anything.

should my diet change at all due to the lack of anabolics at all i am trying to cut

also how much do you think insulin would help here to recover from some of the tougher training sessions?

any other advice would be welcomed
 
Ok someone requested that I post more details so hopefully that will get me some responses..

right now I am on only androgens with very low anabolic properties

I am training in judo 3x a week for 2 hours and the sessions are very intense as i have a tourny in 3.5 weeks (just as teh cycle ends)

right now im trying to drop another few lbs but diet is not real low on cals just a bit below maintenance and i "carb up" after some of the tougher workots to try to aid recovery.

i am doing a full body routine 2-3x a week with 1-2 sets work sets per muscle group.. sometimes if i am not feeling well energized i split the full body into 2 sessions but keep the workload the same at 1-2 work sets

my diet is HIGH in protein taking in 2g of protein per lb of bodyweight. carbs are low and really only come in small doses before a workout (20-40grams) and then after workouts i spread them out again and try to get 50-75 grams from 0-3 hrs after a workout.

i am not sure if i want ot increase carbs significantly as i dont want to put on much weight with this short cycle and just want to be crazy strong as the cycle ends

basically im looking to see if any diet or training changes will help the cycle..

so far weight is down and strength is up so i cant complain
