Advice for cycle

I have test cyp, tren ace, dbol, provirion,and clomid. Have run 4 test cycles in the past. Tried tren but it was bogus shit. Would like some advice on cycle and pct. I'm 34, 5,7 160lbs. Have been out of the gym for about a month do to shoulder issues. My goal is to be 185. I don't expect that in one cycle. I know it will take work and proper diet. I am a slow gainer with fast metabolism. Any help would be appreciated!

What up bro! Something doesn't seem right you have done 4 previous cycles and your weight is at 160lbs?!!! Do you even eat bro? Post up your diet and workout schedule bc it seems like one of the two or both need some work before you run a 5th cycle! That fast metabolism excuse doesn't fly here you need to eat!!!! I have a high metabolism also but all I did was increase my calorie intake by 1000cal and went from 175 to 187 naturally before I did my first cycle and I'm 5"6! Your diet needs help bc what ever your doing in that department it's not working!

I agree, I'd get that shoulder checked out before anything tho
 
Know its not what you wanna hear but get your shoulder in working order.Then get your diet and tranining in check,needs some work.Then i would do a test/dbol cycle and eat like a horse(diet).If you are a hardgainer i wouldnt worry so much about eating clean, as i would about trying to increase cal intake,..get some ghrp6 which will give you increase in hunger as well, if possible .
 
Now is a good time to concentrate on legs 25% of muscle weight comes from legs, Heavy squats and leg presses release adrealine and hgh so its a win win situation ,all around. That is if your shoulders can hold the plates putting them on.
 
getting yourself completely healthy before running a cycle is extremely important... you don't want to start a cycle and then reinjure yourself part way through it and just waste it... try what radar said with your legs... get yourself healthy, then reconsider running everything...

Had MRI done. Finding out the results tomorrow. Yea, I did my first cycle and ate everything in the house gained 10-12 pounds. I know eating is my problem. I will also start taking protein shake at night, when I start next cycle. I always drink a shake after workout. Depending on my shoulders. I got to were I was eating pretty heathy. But really just eating everything I seen seemed to work better for me. I will go back to that.
