Advice-again, help a brother out

Ok, I need some advice on my routine, diet and AAS. I am far better off than when I started seriously 9 months ago but I want more and faster.

So stats are
38 yrs old
6’3” 255lbs probably 23-24% bf (pure guess from seeing you guys pictures and guesstimates)
52” sportcoat, 38” pants
20” biceps after a workout
Bench is at 260 for 3 clean
Feeling good, lifting heavy to failure..
Trained hard from 17-25 then not seriously on and off since. 9 months ago started religiously 4-5 days a week. I do abs and 30-45 mins cardio 4 times a week.
2 test cyp cycles way back then with very good results and no PCT(didn’t know any better in 1989)
Had a decent diet since I started last year but really cleaned it up since Dec.
7:00am Whey protein shake and a cup of coffee no sugar
8:30am 3 boiled egg whites on whole egg or oatmeal and a banana
10:30am can of tuna or protein bar
12:00pm tuna or chicken small salad or other veggies
2:00pm protein shake and a banana
3:00pm boiled eggs or tuna and crackers
6:00pm dinner, 8-10oz of meat or seafood, 2 veggies and a starch
8:30pm protein shake
8-9 hours sleep a night. No alcohol during the week, a few beers when fishing or watching the games on Sat.

I need to drop about 15 pounds while still putting on muscle. I am on atenolol for blood pressure. Blood pressure is great and since doing cardio for 6 months I should be off the meds after my next visit. So I think clen is out of the picture, I am not going to run a real cycle till I have my weight down to my target. I have a very large frame and at 235-240 I look pretty lean. What say you? I am on redblast and purecee on workout days and just purecee on days off. I have run 2 bottles of Trex with no noticeable gains or losses and 1 bottle of Sesapure without any noticeable results. I am down 20 pounds since starting but that was before the supps.
 
after 9 months, go another 9 months and then consider some AAS..

for now, keep lifting, doing cardioa nd eating right. you'll get to where you want to be.

also, what kidn of doses are you using with the trex/sesa?
 
If your goal is to drop 15 lbs and still put on muscle at the age of 38 then the success depends on your individual body chemistry, diet and exercise program.
One the chemistry front, if you want to stay away from AAS and clen, then here are a few things that can help Aromatase Inhibitors, ECA stacks, igf-1, HGH, CLA.

Mike, I was using the recommended doses. If I recall I was taking 6 purecee's and 5 trex's 1 hour pre workout and 2 trex's at every meal. The sesa was 3 per meal. I could feel the intensity and focus on trex somewhat but I feel better on 3-5 redblasts. Do you guys think a AI would boost my test levels?

There are studies that show AIs can raise your test.
