Administering HCG anyone?

I picked up my gear from the post office today. Everything looks excellent, but there's one problem. When I look at the HCG I have no idea where to start. I recieved two HCG's. The directions for the first are in chinese, and there is a glass amp...kind of looks like a cone on the top (not the typical vial that the 10ml hormones come in). Can you give me directions on how to administer HCG properly? Next to the small glass cone amp there is a very small vial with what looks like a pill inside of it.
The second HCG also has a glass cone amp with a small white pill and the amp says "Lyphilized amp Profasi 5000" for I.M. injection. Is this right? I thought HCG was supposed to be injected into fat tissue and not intramuscularly. Along with this amp I have a small plastic bottle slightly bigger than the amp that says "Inj. Natr. Chlor. Isoton. - 10ml", and it's filled with clear liquid.
I can't make any sense out of these. I'd really appreciate it if you could give me some advice as to how to go about using it properly. I don't want to mess anything up with this cycle or fall short in any way. I'm looking forward to getting this cycle underway and this is the only thing holding me back - arrrgghhh! lol

Only kind I have ever gotten had the powder in one vial and water in the other you just open each ampule up and and mix them and you are good to go. I would think it would be the same process, but I have never seen that was in one that was in pill form.

Do you have a sterile vial and bac water?

I inject 1cc of bac into HCG vial and swirl to mix.

Inject this solution into the sterile vial and add appropriate amount of bac water to reach desired concentration.

HCG can be shot IM. But I prefer SQ. The first amp is sterile water. Just throw it away and get some bacteriostatic water. The small vial with the "pill" in it is the HCG. The other amp sounds like it may be a 5000iu amp of HCG. In any case like this, pictures always help.

I can recognize from this that you got:

- 1 vial of generic chinese HCG, probably 5,000IU (is the small one with the "pill" inside. Is not a pill, is the HCG in powder. As soon as you inject the bac water inside, the "pill" dissapear.

- 1 empty sterile "amp"? (should be a "vial")

- 1 HCG 5,000IU amp

- 1 10ml bottle of bac water (seems like)
