Adjuster coming out to evaluate totalled van...

It was a 1991 Ford E-250 super cargo van. New paint, transmission, and tires.
Replaced engine, mag wheels, custom interior with oak and acyrlic shelves, tinted windows, custom cover for front window, custom seat, and trailer hitch. No rust and no dents.

The book value is shit due to age.

I planned to keep it, it was great for remodel projects, hauling stuff, trailering, and occasional uber cheap vacations.

Ideas on getting some $$$ out of it?

The accident (t-bone) pretty well totalled since the frame got whacked with about a foot of intrusion.

sell the parts to junkyards......not sure how much you would get for it
or put an ad in the paper, alot of people that fix cars are looking for old parts to old vehicles to fix up

because to buy new parts for old cars gets expensive...dang once i was looking for the molding to put on an 88 grand am and it was going to cost me 200 dollars....but found one at a junkyard for 15 bucks
worked just as well

For some strange reason, I read this entire post in the voice of Hank Hill. Just sounded like a Hank Hill post.

I hate to deal with people about $20. I won't even open my mouth for it, let alone meet with them and sell it.

Go to Kelly bluse book...enetr all the info...print out a retail valus and present that as the amount you want as that is comsidered "replacement value" as well.

"bird feeder in the front yard?"
yesssss dang its where the big window is and u can look outside from your living area, and watch in peace, as the birds come and frolick and play.

Also had:
Posi-track super heavy duty rear end
AC
am/fm cassette
custom seat
optional fuel tank
V-8

I'm screwed....I wanted to dribe it forever.

Super cargo vans will do things that nothing else will
