adjacently muscular groups

Is there some study to prove that in a workout if we train, an example: pec+delt( these muscles are adjacently) or biceps+triceps(adjacently) the heart is irrigating much better the blood and the pump is better ? Or it's the same as a full body workout?

I'll give this a bump. I understand what you are asking. Basically, you are wanting to know which muscles are connected to to same artery? Right?

Then you could work both and the blood only has to take one original path. Is this what you are asking about?

I don't know, but you could prolly check on the net for pictures of body compositions and to follow the arteries to see what all is connected

You will get a better pump and more blood flow if you are working one specific area as opposed to trying to work total body. Blood won't be shunted all over the place if your just working one area. Working total body your body will be constantly shifting your blood flow.

ok..i understand that....but it's more efficient to workout like this?
I do one bodypart a day. That said, it depends on how advanced you are and how much time you have had in the gym.

More blood flow to an area the more= more nutrients going to that area. I would say that it would be a good idea to work muscles adjacently. Or work one muscle group a day, whcih is what I do.

You put shoulders with back?
I don't train shoulders because I have a pretty bad left shoulder. I would train them on a seperate day if I were able to train them. Right now I'm just now able to throw a couple sets of laterals in after chest. I'm trying to take care of it so I can start hitting them again. They have definitely suffered from not being able to train them.

Gotcha. I am about training twice a day, any suggestions?

What does your split look like? Are you weight training twice a day?
Yeah weight training twice a day. Right now it is like this:

M am-chest pm-tri
T am-back pm-bi
W am-legs pm-shoulders
thr-off
Fri-start all over

I go 3 on 1 off, that is the way i split it and have seen good strength gains, but would like to switch it up some, just seein what ya'll would have to say.

I personally don't think I could get it going with a solid intensity twice a day, but if it's working for you then don't change a damn thing. We are all different. Physiologically speaking I think it would be advantageous to do back in the AM on Tuesday instead of killing your biceps in the AM, this will lead to your biceps hindering your back workout. Everything else looks cool to me.

Might have to try that, just to give it a little change. That little bit might help shock those muscles just a little bit more giving me more growth. Thanks bro.

So lemme get this straight...your training 2 times per day and 6 days per week? If so I think you are overtraining. That kind of routine might be good to run for a month or so to shock your muscles, but doing that routine for a prolonged period of time might hinder your gains. If it works for you then more power to you, but your definately not giving your muscles time to recover properly.

On Tuesday why not do Back in the am and biceps in the PM since your biceps are the secondary muscle used during your back workout. Seems like you would be cheating your back if you tire your biceps first.

Yeah that is how i am gonna do it now, i just haven't changed it.

Now it's fixed, and the whole overtraining issue. If i feel like my body needs another day of rest, then i will give it some more rest. Other than that, my body feels great and muscles recover very fast. With this cycle i am running i am tryin to work the ever living hell out of them for the 8 weeks, I don't want any excuses from that end of my cycle. But thanks for lookin out.
