adipo and xenadrine

i take 2 xenadrine mornig and 2 before lunch.
then around 4 oclock i take one capsule adipo does anyone else mix and match??
 
I combine 25mg of ephedrine HCL with two adipo...

...and I usually take this stack once in the morning and once in the afternoon...
 
Since norephedrine is not stimulate the CNS like ECA, I generally stick with ECA for workouts, cardio, etc. and use adipo the rest of the day. But I don't bother with adipo unless on a low-carb diet as yohimbine is pretty worthless in the presence of insulin. While on a CKD I usually go:

8am(Prior to morning workout): 2 Xenadrine
10am: 2 Xenadrine
1pm: 2 Adipo
3pm: 2 Adipo
6pm: 2 Adipo

As for combining them, many people do not tolerate yohimbine and ephedra if taken too close together(within 4 hours) A friend of mine did this and said he felt like shit all the time and stopped after he thought a blood vessel "popped" in his eye. I prefer to err on the side of caution

blood and iron,
im currently shedding a pound a day!! im at 216 when i started this attack on fat i tipped the scales 263. i stopped weighing myself around 235 cause it was mostly water and i didnt want mix ups !!! so then for the last tree days ive been taking flax and omg i have been dropping a pound or so a day i know aits not all pure fat though, but i wont stop till i get to 185-190

1230 2 xenadrine


430 pre-cardio 1 adipo

and omg if i had a digital camera!!!!
if i learn how to use this pc and all the gadgets i will show before and after photos.

I'd be very wary of such rapid weightloss. More than 2lbs. a week is generally a bad idea. Dropping a pound a day will almost certainly result in the loss of a significant amount of muscle and greatly reduce your metabolism. When you come off the diet it is likely you will quickly regain much of the lost weight.
 
hell yeah brother i see what your saying when i hit my goal weight i will begin ramping down from eca for about the lenght i stayed on them not as intense though introducing calories and carbs very slowy. im gonna be like a private eye or some shit no better yet im gonna keep myself under a magnafing glass for about 6 months
