Adice for a novice

I do eat and eat properley as i said earlier iv always had a prob with gaining weight so i wanted something to give me a headstart everybody use's roids for a reason and thats mine.

You`ve only been training 6 months...its a marathon not a sprint Stormtrooper..

Personally I wouldn`t advise a cycle until you have truly got the diet/training regime sorted.

And 9 1/2 stone is 136lbs.
 
I know the advise you've heard above ISN'T what you wanted to hear bro. But I was in the same boat as you - a hardgainer, who was very thin. I jumped on the cycle wagon thinking it was going to make me buff. <WRONG> 2 cycles later and I still looked the same. It was only inbetween by 2nd and current that I actually started taking peoples advice and EATING LOTS.

Try Fitday.com to track your daily calorific intake, i bet you're surprised at how little you eat. For your weight you need to have at least 3000 cals a day to grow.

I actually put more weight on this way OUT OF CYCLE than my 1st 2 cycles.

Think about it bro, how can you BE the big man, if you dont EAT as much as him.


If you are stuck on doing a cycle though, I would say 500mg/sustanon/wk for 10 weeks would be good.

But without EATING LOADS and TRAINING HARD, you wont get fuck all.

First off do much more research. Use the search buttons on this site. Nothing sucks more than to let your expectations or assumptions down about your first cycle. These are strong drugs and you need to learn what each is designed for. You are what you eat and if you weigh 136 you dont eat enough of anything no matter how clean your diet is IMO.

Have you already purchased your gear?

I would run 4-5,000 calories per day.
2-300 g's protein


For a cycle I like equipoise instead of deca but either are great if you use them. They will not do it for you.

Here is some of what you want to hear.

400-600 mg of Eq or Deca a week for 12-15 weeks.
300-500 mg of test cypionate or prop a week for the same amount of weeks.

This is plenty for a 1st cycle.
 
Thanks for the advice guys much much appreicated !! its just very frustrating listening to ppl saying eat eat as i do and as mentioned in a other reply 6 meal's which i do i diet well i understand the cals and protein intake but my body doesnt this is why i was muling over a stack .... you know what its like guys low self a steam things you keep tryin always gettin knocked back and so forth starts to piss you off. I was just hoping a cycle would kick start something for me

bro there was a time when I thought I ate alot and wasnt growing,but the guys on here showed me what I eat was a joke, fuck when I bulk up I feel sick all the time from cramming so much food in me, believe me bro this is the key to you growing

at 136lbs your not at your genetic limit yet so any weight gains you arent making is due to food intake,fitday.com is a great site take advantage of it
