adex and nolvadex for pct?

I just ran 10 weeks of test prop, last shot was saturday morning.
gonna start pct tomorrow(3rd day after last pin). I took 1 mg of adex daily for the 10 weeks on. My question is, should i continue taking adex while starting to take nolvadex?

planning to take the nolvadex 40/40/20/20
but i was also told to run it 40/40/20/10

which is better?


any feedback would be greatly appreciated

No need for adex. Just use the second protocol with nolva. I d add 50 clomid for 4 weeks too.

You can keep running the arimidex but taper it off or use aromasin instead in your pct, here is a sample PCT:
Clomid 50/50/50/25 , Nolvadex 40/20/20/10, Aromasin 12.5 taper to 5 on week 3 and add natty test boosters.

To the OP, I wouldn't use nolvadex and I wouldn't run the clomid at such a high dose

The nolva is a bad idea at any dose. Here is what Id do.
