I'd start with even half a tab a day for a week or two, bump it up to 1 tab and so on till you reach your desired dose. I don't think many people will agree with me on this. But, you'd be surprised at the little boost you get off a low dose, then your body adjusts. I went up to 75 mcg per day or so before (pre-contest). But I wouldn't use it unless I had a contest to do because of the rebound. i.e. Not the best thing for a good beach body. I'd taper off of it. I'm a big fan of tapering, not a lot of people are. But, I think it helps lessen the rebound.
