I'm doing a winny only cycle right now at 100mg ED for 5 weeks. I tend to gain fat very easily and thought of something for the estrogen while bulking(has nothing to do with the winny of course..). I'm starting ALA at 1000mg for liver and for the insulin spikes. What would U say about adding proviron for the estrogen fat that I always put on when bulking. (I'm only 1000cals over my maitenance, high carbs after workout, then slow and medium fast during the day. Protein 4-5g per kg BW.
