Adding clen to a cycle underway,some questions

I recently started an IP Anavar/Creatine cycle (11 days now).It will last 7 weeks. IP 40 mg var and 2 servings of 5 gram creatine with sugar water a day.I have noticed a little vascularity and hardness so far, it kicks in on week 2.My diet is about 100 carbs,200gram protein and 60g fat.I want to know if adding clen into the cycle for some awesome fat burning will hinder the strength gains from var. I am into powerlifting and I need to gain strength so I started var. I feel I am putting on some unwanted fat though, so clen is a good choice to get a low bf%/and I hope for more vascularity. I know these things arent a concern for many powerlifters but hey its just me. I read clen stops the production of ATP, how will I be able to lift heavy and pump out some reps with no ATP? I'm confused but I need help ASAP so I can order Ip's SuperClen.

the clen itself should not reduce your strength, if anything the lower calories will reduce your strength.

My experience with clen is that the side affects disapate within a few days regardless of cycle or dose.
 
I would wait until after the cycle to use the clen. Alot of people deny this, but I think you will get water weight with Anavar, and certainly with creatine. Stick to your original plan and add the clen later. You could always cut the carbs slightly and up the protein to about 300gs.
 
solid & bill i guess i'll keep the cals the same and do clen post anavar cycle should I wait any time before starting it or just jump right on it.
 
I think you could probably go right into it. That's what I've done. I would stay on the creatine though for a couple of weeks after the anavar stops, because when you stop it, you'll loss some of the gains when your creatine levels lose and you'll start freaking out, thinking the clen caused it.
 
Thanx man well by the time I order it and actually recieve it from ** I'll be into week 5 of the var and I'm not sure whether I'm doing 6 or 7 weeks yet, but I planned on keeping creatine up for a month after the var then quitting it for a month to rest my liver then start creatine back up again after the var cycyle is when I'll most likely do the clen if it doesn't interfere with strength gains or anything.

One thing how much cardio exactly can i do without messing with my lifting program for strength???And what time of the day????One more how many cals should I intake and carbs,fat,protein for a 165lb-175lb person, there's two of us using this name me and my brother he's the heavier yet younger one that posted this.
 
You said you were into powerlifting. Is it important for you to stay in a weight class? About the cardio, that varies by the individual. I think if you do 3 sessions a week at a pretty intense rate, you should be OK, but it really depends on alot of individual factors. If you have a fast metabolism, you might want no cardio at all. Just make sure you chart your workouts and your diet so that you can make the appropriate changes. I could say: eat this and that and do this much cardio, but it could be the wrong advice to you. The tough thing about this sport is that everybody is different. I just came off a mass cycle, went immediately onto a lo-carb diet, lost 22 pounds in a month and most likely all of my gains in terms of muscle mass. Three years ago, the same cycle and the same diet worked great. Sometimes there's no way of predicting what will happen. Just chart everything. That way you give yourself the best chance and you can change on the fly. Any cigar connections? Just kidding
 
clen makes you loose alot of water, so make sure to drink ATLEAST 2 gallons of water a day!

also you said you take creatine with water....DONT, use dextrose(corn sugar) or even better, natural honey. sugre spikes insulin high but not as high as dex, and drops rather quickly, but honey as a matter of fact, spikes insulin really well, and maintains the spike for a couple hours unlike sugar; that will give you a wider window for creatine uptake, as well as post workout glycogen refill.

i recently switched dex to honey, and my post workout recovery has never been better!

i suggest you try it; remember, "natural honey" okay:)
 
Bill: it is important for me to stay in a weight class b/c at the moment in a 168lb weight class I can total 420lbs with two lifts and stil be good if I make it to 500lb total then I make it to regionals then after that in case if this year there are not many 168'ers then I can make it to states and I'd love to do that. I was going to do mild cardio 4 days a week in the morning for 20 minutes, my metabolism is somewhat fast b/c I eat 5 times a day so that sped it up a lil. Do you think the 4 days a week in morning will be to much. bout the cigars go down to Miami into any lil store that's like a cafe/what an old general store used to be and they'll have them for ya:D .
Jap:I messed up if I put I took creatine with water I take it with Gatorade and I try to take one tbsp of honey before working out I've heard it gives you more energy since I don't do it everyday I'm not really sure of this, but I'm going to try to start everyday.
