damion3d, what exactly are you trying to learn? we both take addy and although we feel different on it than people who don't have adhd, it still does the same thing to our insides, i.e. raises heart rate. The idea behind ECA stacks is to turn your body into a fat burning furnace, push up your metabolic rate higher than normal to supplement a good diet. it's not some magical formula that will give you a six pack, in fact if you don't eat correctly, ECA stack is going to do absolute jack shit for you.
1. If you take addy, you probably shouldn't take ephedrine, caffeine used sparingly is fine.
2. What do you want to do, burn some fat, get fit overall and just improve your overall look or do you wanna be Mr. sick pack cover of a body building magazine? The two paths are completely different.
If you want to just get in better shape, burn off some fat and improve your physique, don't try the ECA stuff. Just clean up your diet, work out properly for what you're trying to achieve and stay consistent. Dropping your body fat down from 20% to like 12% is a
walk in the park compared to going from 12% to 6-8%. If you really wanna be supppperrrr cut up, you better hope you have good genetics and/or you really gotta be hard hard core on your diet, it's not easy, and most people who have that sick pack ripped up
massive look worked their asses off and then used drugs/steroids to perfect it all in the end.
