adderall/dexedrine and metabolism

do adderall/dexedrine increase metabolism or do they just suppres appetite(i have adhd anyway so it would help me in more than one way) and if it does increase metabolism is it do it better than an eca.
I know it will cause muscle loss to but i plan on rebuilding muscle after i loose the weight

Good cuting propreties but way too dangerouse on your body i don't think it should be used with anything that raises your blood pressure or you will have trouble if not now them years down the line(speaking from experience,not personal) IT WILL DESTROY YOUR HEART BE CAREFULL
