Wrong forum for that question. One is an upper and the other is a downer. Xanax is very very addictive drug so I wouldn't get in the habit of popping them to go to sleep. Benadryl is a safer OTC option. I've been on Phenobarbital for close to two weeks as a medical detox from Xanax.

It's fairly retarded of you to ask a bunch of anonymous juice heads if you can mix two drugs that aren't relevant to AS.

Go to the manufacuter of each drug's website and look under the prescribing information for each drug. Look under "contraindications."

Then you would be making an informed decision as to what to put in your body, rather than relying on anonymous internet personas.

There is alot of good info from anonymous people out there.

Take them both at the same time, but double the dosage because they will be countering each other. And to get the best results, down it with 3 beers.

When I was in college, valium helped bring me down if I was marathon studying. You need to wait until you're kinda in that limbo area. When you're tired, but there's no way you can sleep. That's when a xanax or valium will help. If you take it in the middle....it's almost just a waste.
Also....do this at your own risk, you're not me, and I'm just an idiot.

P.S. - Don't do drugs.
