adderall and gear !

laundry list of reasons bro, havent taken it in about a year so this is just off the top of my head, im sure their is many more reasons i am going to leave out...
kills my app (good when dieting, but im usually not dieting)
Kills my cardiovascular endurance (which really sucked as a d1 athlete with no control over work out duration or intensity)
speeds up metabolism TOO much (feel like i crap out everything i eat)
messes with my sleep for a few days until i get used to the medicine

it does however help out tremendously with focus and attention, which is why it is prescribed to me. but for me the cons def outweigh the pros
 
adderall has also been shown to raise plasma cortisol level and reduce the pituitary glands secretion of GH
 
man if your hearts bad i wonder what mine is like. I used anything i could get my hands on. I was freakin stupid lost a damn six figure a yr income and ended up living in my car, but thats all in the past. if you are seriously that worried who gives a shit just ask the doc to take some blood tests and do a whole physical. while you are on just go back half way through repeat see if anything changed.
 
U shouldn't take Adderall if your not ADD. I know two people personally that became ADD because they used it daily and weren't ADD prior. You sure can throw back a solid 18 pack and have great sex.

I admit though, Adderall definately helped me concentrate on my lifts and kept me going, cardio was shitty though and felt light headed afterwards
