Adderal Question

Just a quick question guys. Ive been taking adderal 20mg and it provides a great kick for a few hours then a crash. How would you rate 20mg Adderal Xr vs regular 20mg Adderal? Does it provide the same kick for the longer duration, or a milder kick for that duration. Also, how many hours is the XR released in the system as opposed to the regular, which i think is 5 hours? Thanks for the replies, will be appreciated

Rec drug question probably should be asked on alt.rec.drugs. Amphetamines have little to do with AAS and rec drugs in general draw to much attention to AAS. I wish sources would not even get involved with rec drugs. A lot of good bros have fallen because of them.
