Adaptek's menu today - (I cheated)

breakfast - 1 banana, oats, protein powder, flax oil, vit E oil, glutamine (started off good)

11:30 snack - hotdog (ketchup, mayo, mustard), 2 meat rolls, twix and V8 juice

2:00 lunch - 1 pepperoni and pineapple pizza, blue berry muffin, milkyway bar and V8 juice

5:30 dinner - Cheese burger, chips, nuggets, large choc shake

i dont know what happened to me.... i pigged out, i feel sick

Lucky bastard! I have not eaten a single bit of crap food in like 2 months LOL I have been sticking to peanuts, oats, brown rice, lean red meats, chicken, shakes, vegtables, tuna for the last 2 months. I do not miss that kind of food at all though so I am happy.

2 months is a long time... are you shredded? I sure would hope so.. I know I can get shredded in 2 months, but I need to dedicate myself and plan my meals.

No, I am not shreadded at all. If I eat over 200-250 carbs a day I start to put on quite a bit of fat so I am not very lucky. I have maintained my body fat so far. I am off cycle right now to :( I am eating about 3200-3500 clean cals per day right now

well done bro, i got a layer of fat on my abs that is a biotch to get rid of. I have to drop my carbs really low to lose fat too, only thing is i lose my strength and feel like shit.
 
mustang, have you ever thought that a cheat day would help w/your gains? sometimes it gets me more motivated to work out the following week after a cheat day on sunday. especially if you havnt cheated in 2 months, it might do you more good than anything. just a thought.....

It could not hurt but I just have not felt the need to cheat. I am geting in carbs and I love the taste of my myoplex shakes so that is my little treat for the day even thougyh I have it in water LOL I may cheat some time, who knows

Well I have taken 4 days off

I have ate:

Pizza Hut and McDonald's. I fuckin killed a Deluxe breakfast and some Omelet thing. THen i headed my happy ass over to pizza hut and put a big ass dent in their Buffet. Tommrow im back to eating CLEAN and MRP's. I feel happier eating clean like M18 said.

You feel sick because you put mayo on your hotdog and pineapple on your pizza. Yuck! :sick:

I cheated today too. Ate a large pizza by myself. :D

V8 has some new fruit juice mixes that taste pretty good, a bit thick mind you. The thing that is gross about all this is my stomach, looks like Dorian Yates off season LOL
