Actually.... I was not trying to correct anything... I just read about it being along the lines of hypnosis and was wondering how sticking needles in you cured ANYTHING. I mean, I find it hard to believe it is relaxing when you have dozens on needles sticking in you...especially in the neck area.

They stick the needles near specific nerves, and the needles are too small to do any tissue damage. So not only will they not hurt they can cause a large variety of different feelings in different parts of the body.

when did you begin to worry about it hurting when sticking it in???

western medicine says it works on the same principles as a TENS machine
