Ed Norton in Amer x
The Shadow said:yah - we was just as large years later inthe VanDamme movie
the first time i viewed "X" at it's theatre premiere; i was impressed with norton's transformation for the role, assumed he had juiced also....he had been such a whinny, skinny stick in all his roles before....his transformation into a muscular stud blew me away.BodyByFinaplix said:http://www.edward-norton.org/chimage.php?image=ahx/ahxsurrender.jpg
Are you smoking fucking crack? After over 2 years of not even working out I am twice that size. He is like 150 lbs in that picture.
Then again you are probably making a joke...

Dial_tone said:enlightening - if you guys think actors need juice to put on the miniscule amount of muscle they have (brad pitt in troy? you can't be serious) it's no wonder so many people here are on.
jnevin said:He put on quite a bit for Troy. Fight Club, I don't think so. His face changed too.
BodyByFinaplix said:http://empress.buzzstuff.net/archives/Brad Pitt Troy 2.jpg
Yeah this pic has steroids written all over it. Boy I sure wish I could look like a fucking toothpick.
BodyByFinaplix said:Half those guys, if they are juicing (brad pitt, ed norton, etc) find out what they are using and make sure you never fucking ever put that shit into your body or you will be doomed to being tiny forever.
Anywho I gave you more red for your dumbass posts, dumbass.
jnevin said:There are plenty of other pics that he looks bigger in. Jesus, no need to get your panties in a bunch. So, he wasn't going for the 5'10" 260 lbs of "I can't do anything athletic, but I can press something 8 times" look. That shit just looks great. Not to mention, practical.![]()
dumbass said:If a 120lb scrub that never touches a weight and never eats more than the tiny portions served in most expensive restaraunts, gets a role where he needs to look strong, he takes whatever his highly overpaid hollywood trainer tells him to take for eight weeks and looks more like the character he is playing. I doubt Brad Ptiit is mixing his own Fina pellets and chatting with real important people like yourself, to find out how to become a beast over three years of hardcore training. He doesnt have a complex and doesnt care about being "tiny forever". He gets the role, bulks up a bit, and after he is done shooting, he goes back to eating his four hundred dollar, three ounce portions and banging girls we will only dream about.
If you dont like my thread then why did you post in it, loser.

dumbass said:Everyone bow to BBF, he has just made history on the EF board. Its the first time anyone has ever used a thread about something unrelated, to brag and boast about themselves.
BodyByFinaplix said:Sigh... I'm trying to point out that this guy barely has an above average muscle mass compaired to someone who does not workout at all. It is easily obtainable working out once or twice a week.
dumbass said:True, but these guys dont work out. You cant compare these actors to dedicated bodybuilders or even recreational lifters. Compare them to themselves and you will see that these guys dont spend alot of time trianing or even eating enough to grow.
BodyByFinaplix said:Exactally. So what makes you think they used juice instead of just changing what they ate and working out for a month or two?
dumbass said:Now you are just being stupid. That kind of change doesnt come from two months of natural training.
NickyE3 said:Most actors dont need to juice to put on some muscle. Their life is their body and have millions of dollars to spend on it. Personal chefs, personal trainers, nutritionists, and pry their own complete gym. If they need to put on some muscle - then that is basically all they do everyday.
It would be hard not to gain muscle given a perfect diet, damn good genetics, a strict lifting program and have nothing else to do but lift.
BodyByFinaplix said:That kind of change? Wtf they are not dramatic changes. Wow.
BodyByFinaplix said:Dumbass who's alt are you?
No those are not dramatic changes. You are full of shit.
dumbass said:Ok list the actor and the role.
I thought of:
Stallone, every role
Brad Pitt, Troy maybe fight club and Kalifornia
Wesley Snipes, Blade 1 and 2
Mathew Mcaughney(?), that dragon movie
gotta admit it....he looked DAMN good in this movie.makevelli said:Nicolas Cage in Conair
BodyByFinaplix said:Had to look up Bolo Yeung photos.... he has a nice build, but I think that could be done natural. Don't get on the Asian thing either, because I used to have an Asian friend who was around the same size and a lifetime natural (he actually refused to put any drug into his body even alcohol) who busted his ass for 12 years to get where he was. So it is possible.
behemoth350 said:Back to Bolo. Yeah, he has always been big, but you have to remember that Enter the Dragon was filmed in 1973 and Bloodsport in 1988 when he was 50. If you look at his bio you will see that his first movie role was in 1970. Then also he had first became know for bodybuilding when he won Mr. Hong Kong. If you think he maintained that size and became more defined at 50 then when he was 35 then I think you are smoking something. That plus his connection to bodybuilding makes me think that it has been a part of his life for a long time.
Judge for yourself

BodyByFinaplix said:You can get jacked without eating meat. Ask Bill Pearl. I saw a picture of him at 72, after over 30 years of not eating meat, and he was 234 lbs at around 7% bodyfat. Not bad for a 72 year old vegetarian.
i'll say this....he makes maverick look pumped up!jnevin said:He's jacked compared to what he was. I know what you mean.

BodyByFinaplix said:Do you guys think the anyone juiced for their role in Schindler's List? I mean a lot of those people in the concentration camps were pretty skinny. That is how fucking stupid this thread has gotten.
jnevin said:That was clen bro.![]()
What I find funny is that so many people think there's no way actors would or did juice for certain roles, when this board is full of desk job fatties that are on a ton of gear that don't compete, and look like shit. I know more people that don't look good than do that use gear. How many people on here are 5'10", 185 lbs., and lean and do 2 cycles per year to stay that way? I think that's ridiculous. I don't think it's far fetched or ridiculous to think that someone had a little hormonal assistance while working their ass off and dieting for a part that made them a few million. Like BM said, do you really think these guys are bragging about being natural for their role while they sit around doing blow?
I dunno who used it. But the way I see it, it wouldnt be wrong for an actor to use these things. Its a mean to make the character look belivable.
Christian Bale is a good example. He went from The Machinist:

to Batman Begins:

Batman wouldnt have been batman if he was a skinny as he was in the machinist.
