actors that (did) use steroids

dumbass

New member
Ok list the actor and the role.

I thought of:

Stallone, every role
Brad Pitt, Troy maybe fight club and Kalifornia
Wesley Snipes, Blade 1 and 2
Mathew Mcaughney(?), that dragon movie

I dunno who used it. But the way I see it, it wouldnt be wrong for an actor to use these things. Its a mean to make the character look belivable.

Christian Bale is a good example. He went from The Machinist:

to Batman Begins:

BD1664.jpg

Batman wouldnt have been batman if he was a skinny as he was in the machinist.

Half those guys, if they are juicing (brad pitt, ed norton, etc) find out what they are using and make sure you never fucking ever put that shit into your body or you will be doomed to being tiny forever.

Anywho I gave you more red for your dumbass posts, dumbass.

I'm going to add these to the list:
Arnold
Micheal Clark Duncan
Hulk Hugan
Peter and David Paul

Had to look up Bolo Yeung photos.... he has a nice build, but I think that could be done natural. Don't get on the Asian thing either, because I used to have an Asian friend who was around the same size and a lifetime natural (he actually refused to put any drug into his body even alcohol) who busted his ass for 12 years to get where he was. So it is possible.

Are you smoking fucking crack? After over 2 years of not even working out I am twice that size. He is like 150 lbs in that picture.

Then again you are probably making a joke...

the first time i viewed "X" at it's theatre premiere; i was impressed with norton's transformation for the role, assumed he had juiced also....he had been such a whinny, skinny stick in all his roles before....his transformation into a muscular stud blew me away.

a couple of years later i saw the movie on cable tv. although norton still looked damn good, he was not as impressive as i had remembered.

perception vs reality, hey?

rnch true, my perception of him in that movie is a guy who eats pretty clean and works out twice a week. I would not even go so far as to call him muscular. However, how we perceive things is based upon our life experiences

Most actors dont need to juice to put on some muscle. Their life is their body and have millions of dollars to spend on it. Personal chefs, personal trainers, nutritionists, and pry their own complete gym. If they need to put on some muscle - then that is basically all they do everyday.
It would be hard not to gain muscle given a perfect diet, damn good genetics, a strict lifting program and have nothing else to do but lift.

enlightening - if you guys think actors need juice to put on the miniscule amount of muscle they have (brad pitt in troy? you can't be serious) it's no wonder so many people here are on.

He put on quite a bit for Troy. Fight Club, I don't think so. His face changed too.

Yeah this pic has steroids written all over it. Boy I sure wish I could look like a fucking toothpick.

There are plenty of other pics that he looks bigger in. Jesus, no need to get your panties in a bunch. So, he wasn't going for the 5'10" 260 lbs of "I can't do anything athletic, but I can press something 8 times" look. That shit just looks great. Not to mention, practical.

Did the thought ever occur to anyone that these men were not interested in becoming Bodybuilder hyuge, but just ripped? Can that be done naturally? Without a doubt. You really think these people (whose primary focus is THEIR ACTING) give a rat's ass about "bragging" - "Hey, I did this natty?". LMFAO

WE ARE TALKING HOLLYWOOD, PEEPS. Get a clue.

If a 120lb scrub that never touches a weight and never eats more than the tiny portions served in most expensive restaraunts, gets a role where he needs to look strong, he takes whatever his highly overpaid hollywood trainer tells him to take for eight weeks and looks more like the character he is playing. I doubt Brad Ptiit is mixing his own Fina pellets and chatting with real important people like yourself, to find out how to become a beast over three years of hardcore training. He doesnt have a complex and doesnt care about being "tiny forever". He gets the role, bulks up a bit, and after he is done shooting, he goes back to eating his four hundred dollar, three ounce portions and banging girls we will only dream about.

If you dont like my thread then why did you post in it, loser.

Yeah, apparently if you arent trying to look like a bloated, red faced, fina monster, then you arent on steriods.

I'm posing in your thread to help control the dangerous myth that many men too young to be using steroids believe. The myth that any of these tiny bodies required steroids to achieve. I do not have an issue with people wanting to look like these guys, however people need to realize this is very easy to achieve without the aid of drugs.

Everyone bow to BBF, he has just made history on the EF board. Its the first time anyone has ever used a thread about something unrelated, to brag and boast about themselves.

Sigh... I'm trying to point out that this guy barely has an above average muscle mass compaired to someone who does not workout at all. It is easily obtainable working out once or twice a week.

True, but these guys dont work out. You cant compare these actors to dedicated bodybuilders or even recreational lifters. Compare them to themselves and you will see that these guys dont spend alot of time trianing or even eating enough to grow.

Exactally. So what makes you think they used juice instead of just changing what they ate and working out for a month or two?

Now you are just being stupid. That kind of change doesnt come from two months of natural training.

That kind of change? Wtf they are not dramatic changes. Wow.

But they do. They might have 2-3 movies under work, all the PR work and other bullshit. Busy schedules, not much time to rest.

Dont get me wrong, I am not saying these guys look big, but they do look considerably bigger in a very short amount of time. Could you do it without steroids? Possibly. Could you do it in a very short amount of time? Not likely. And why would they not want to do it the easy way? They want to look a certain way, by a certain time. Why would they kill themselves in the gym for a couple years, just for one role? They obviously arent into working out, just look at the way they walk around normally.

Dumbass who's alt are you?

No those are not dramatic changes. You are full of shit.

alt?

Someone please post a pic of ed norton, at anytime, from any movie, and then one from history x.
Yes, dramatic. Now i know these guys are not mighty gods like yourself, but for normal humans, dramatic.

You are a shit faced, shit eating, stupid piece of shit, shit head, that smells like shit and also happens to look like shit. But we can still be friends.

Back to Bolo. Yeah, he has always been big, but you have to remember that Enter the Dragon was filmed in 1973 and Bloodsport in 1988 when he was 50. If you look at his bio you will see that his first movie role was in 1970. Then also he had first became know for bodybuilding when he won Mr. Hong Kong. If you think he maintained that size and became more defined at 50 then when he was 35 then I think you are smoking something. That plus his connection to bodybuilding makes me think that it has been a part of his life for a long time.

Judge for yourself

I am not saying he didn't juice, he is one of the few mentioned who probably did. Just pointing out that if he really busted his ass and stayed dedicated that body COULD be achieved naturally.

It could be possible. In fact I know a Korean guy that owned some Tae Kwon Do schools back in Oklahoma that I thought maybe was 32-35 at the time. He came in and did a demonstration and he had the same type of build as Bolo. Come to find out that night that he was 54. I was shocked. It might be sterotyping, but maybe Asian's have the ability to maintain that type of physique much longer than others.

I really think Ron Howard used when he was on Happy Days..... :D

I wonder with guys like Brad Pitt if the answer isn't steroids but maybe clean diet, chef, and trainer, along with something like Clenbuterol to shred fat for that cut look. I could see that.

toby maguire spiderman. he has been a pencil neck geek for his whole life. He gets jacked for spiderman then gets little for seabiscuit then gets jacked again for spiderman 2, now he's doing spider man 3 i bet you he's juicin it up right this sec

where's the "jacked" pic, sofa? all i see in both pics is a skinny stick...almost as skinny as maverick is!

I was thinking he did as well because he's vegan.

well the guy doesn't but eat meat so how big can he get, but look at the pic of him in spider man he lost and regained 28 lbs of leaned and ripped up poundage in a 4 month period between spidey 1 -seabiscuit- spidey2, so maybe jacked is the wrong word.

You can get jacked without eating meat. Ask Bill Pearl. I saw a picture of him at 72, after over 30 years of not eating meat, and he was 234 lbs at around 7% bodyfat. Not bad for a 72 year old vegetarian.

Vegetarian and vegan are very different.

i'll say this....he makes maverick look pumped up! :)

Every WWE wrestler, especially Vince Mcmahon within the last 3 years. Anyone remember the old scrawny Mcmahon when Stone Cold used to come out and whoop his little ass. He put on at least 30-40lbs in the last few years at age 60! (cover of Muscle & Fitness March 2006)

jnevin said:

I'm aware of that bro. However someone said you could not get big without meat. A vegetarian can easily be a successful and large bodybuilder. It is considerable more difficult for a vegan. Neither of them eat meat though.

I have noticed a lot of actors myself - especially the ones above mentioned - I thought they were on..it's pretty easy to see who's on and who's not and I don't believe the "clean diet just worked out natural" argument. When veins, large muscle growth and on top of it, being really ripped is obvious..well...and yes, i noticed it in blade 3, especially with ryan reynolds and biel..

Who cares if they juice anyhow..I think they look great :) it's better than having a skinny guy with no muscles run around and punch everyone out like dirty harry :)

Do you guys think the anyone juiced for their role in Schindler's List? I mean a lot of those people in the concentration camps were pretty skinny. That is how fucking stupid this thread has gotten.

lol. No shit. Dude suggested MEl fucking Gibson from Braveheart. Did you even see the movie? Jesus.

That was clen bro.

What I find funny is that so many people think there's no way actors would or did juice for certain roles, when this board is full of desk job fatties that are on a ton of gear that don't compete, and look like shit. I know more people that don't look good than do that use gear. How many people on here are 5'10", 185 lbs., and lean and do 2 cycles per year to stay that way? I think that's ridiculous. I don't think it's far fetched or ridiculous to think that someone had a little hormonal assistance while working their ass off and dieting for a part that made them a few million. Like BM said, do you really think these guys are bragging about being natural for their role while they sit around doing blow?

Good points.

Christian Bale in American Psycho looked like a roid monkey unless the camera somehow edited his image constantly in that movie.

Brad Pitt in Fight Club did not use steroids, are you guys serious? The guy was like 167 for that movie he just had a nice lean fit body. You don't need roids to get that. For Troy he possibly did.

i dont believe alot of these did, for there movie role they have long periods to get into the part i just think they totally 100% dedicated themselves

I dunno who used it. But the way I see it, it wouldnt be wrong for an actor to use these things. Its a mean to make the character look belivable.

Christian Bale is a good example. He went from The Machinist:

to Batman Begins:

http://i.imdb.com/Photos/Ss/0372784/BD1664.jpg

Batman wouldnt have been batman if he was a skinny as he was in the machinist.

Using isn't the issue, its when people lie about it thats wrong. I've never lied about juicing but I didn't go around announcing it either. If someone asks me straight up if I'm using I tell them the truth. Lying about using especially if you are a professional in any discipline is weak and pathetic because everyone on the planet knows otherwise.
