Didn't I read about you in that long thread..."the stupidest things seen at your gym"

I hope your not jogging in place right next to the equipment...I hate those fucktards. Lift in the weight room, cardio in the cardio room. Don't mix unless the gym is empty.

HAHAHA--oh trust me i always do stupid crap

If you need to be doing something in between sets, do more sets.... i.e. supersets. Back w/ chest or Bi's w/ Tris or Quads w/Hams, etc.

You will burn more calories, and if being fit is your goal, then maybe it's a good idea. But for bodybuilders trying to bench 300 for reps... I don't think its a good idea.

couldnt have said it better bro.
I especially hate the dudes that lag around the equipment talking 80% of their workout.

Alternating antagonistic muscle groups is a better idea, as someone said above. IE Incline Bench rest 30 sec, Chins rest 30sec, etc. instead of just doing straight incline bench press with 60 second rest periods.

If you are looking to get into better shape, burn more calories or whatever, gradually decrease your rest btwn sets while using the same weight/reps. Week one, use 60 sec rests, week 2 use 55 sec rests, etc. until you are doing like 20 seconds between sets. This will get you in shape like a motherf#cker, as well as stimulating your CNS in a different way than taking long rests.
