Active Release Therapy

I had the first treatment on my very sore left knee yesterday. It's still sore, but better (which may be a placebo effect). Two more treatments next week.
Anyone with experience with ART?

Yea I had it done on my upper back and it was pretty helpful. Didn't get me back to perfect, but dramatically made a change in how I was feelin

I go weekly for my shoulder & ankle - working great, but I find that I still need daily stretching / PNF to help speed things up.
