For how long does a single 25mg tab of proviron stay active in the body? Is it 8 hours from the time taken?

Once you reach peak levels with orals (after a few days up to a week) then half life doesn't really matter, and neither does your dosing schedule for the day. You can space it out or take it all at once. It will make no difference.
