Neutrogena Body Scrub for Acne. They also have a 60 minute scrub/mask and a facial peel which helps diminish post-acne marks for the face. I assume you can use the peel for post-acne marks on the body too. Also get some benzol peroxide cream to help get rid of the bacteria underneath the skin. If you still have spots that you are overly concerned about, look into getting a fading cream.

well i got this stuff from costco ("ACNEFREE") and they CLAIM its better than proactive when compared ionno...anyways it was like 30$ or 39.99$ i forget...but if you do it everyday..2x/day you will see improvements for sure...only problem is finding someone to sit with you and do your back for u etc...first you need to rinse your entire back and wet it...then you need someone to add the first step cream (to clean out the garbage) then you rinse that off well and put the 2nd liquid alcohol similar thing which like preserves the cleanliness or something then you put on a finishing lotion that has time released benzoyl-peroxide (crap that kills acne)...the only problem is you NEED another person to get your whole back because you cant rinse your entire back by yourself unless you're in the shower...and what are u gonna do jump in then get out n put cream 1 then jump back in after 5 mins? lol...just have someone with a bucket like pour it down your back and itll be better...but if you have the extra cash and someone to help you with it that won't complain (my mom would complain EVERY time i asked her to get my back with cream cuz i couldnt reach all of it) then get it

(get off the juice, keep the area clean, exfoliate regularly, wear natural fibres, try to get some UV light, for drug treatment seek professional advice, start with benign sorts of drugs ie bactericidal creams working your way up to the nasty yet effective drugs like the vitamin A analogues ie roaccutane. good luck cheerios )

lol grand...i didn't mean jump in the shower if your mom is there ...i meant you would have to...to rinse your entire back if no 1 was willing to help you with it...

of course she won't mind at first...mine was the same way..but when you go to her 2x (1 morning/1 night) she will get sick of it kinda fast...because she needs to help you for at least like 5-10 mins...first rinse the back...then put the cream on...(must wait about 5 mins for the cleansing to even happen)...then rinse once more...then she needs to wait until you're done and cover your back in the other medicine stuff...

after a week mine was like : "OMG every damn day?!" "i need to go to work we'll do it later" (we never do) "i'm trying to relax its late at night not now" jeez...

but hey if she's patient and willing to keep doin it that's awesome you lucky punk

dont do accutane unless its real bad .. ure body will develop an immunity to it and if u start juicing odds are its going to break out bad if its breaking out now prejuicing... id get a body scrub AND ONLY use it with a sea sponge, real sea sponges not the fake ones... the loufa's (sp*) and fake sea sponges will irratate the break out and often cause it to spread or worsen.. also up ure water intake and dont over wash it that only makes it worse.. 2x a day is good!
