Acne on back and shoulders

I'm on T-200 200mg every other day and am fixing to start Fina 75mg ED ..I have bad acne on my chest, shoulders and back ..any suggestions on what I should do or take?

Isotretinoin is the answer to your problems. If it's really bad I'd suggest oral isotretinoin (Roaccutane for instance). For milder forms of acne try isotretinoin-cream (like Airol or Retirides).

Whatever you do, don't expect immediate effect - it may take a month or three for you to see any results
