Anyone have any good solutions to back and chest acne, it's not severe but just enough to be anoying. I have tried creams and body wash's, Right now I'm taking a pill... The active ingrediant is tetronoine and that is suppose to be a pretty active ingrediant in clearing up acne.

I think what I'm taking is similar, but I think im going to try a more popular brand like accutane

if your skin is real oily like mine, hit it with rubbing alcohol. It will dry the shit out of it, so you have to have a face lotion to put on afterwards. its clearing my face up.

I use rubbing alcohol right after a hot shower. Even after a shower you'll still get a lot of oil out.

this is the answer IMO. best OTC thing ive ever witnessed.

I had the same problem. Avoid oils such as baby oil and certain lotions and shower directly after a workout. Use tea tree oil after a shower and supplement your diet with zinc. I cleared right up. The more I sweat the more I break out. Its the pits.
