Acne I need some info

OK...I never have broken out before and now all of a sudden I am... I am currently off gear right now and it has not gone away. My Derm has me on Backtrum right now cuz, she is telling me it is a skin bacteria....The shit is not working and cannot stand it.

I need someone to tell me what worked for them and call my doc back and get it perscribed..I want to have nice skin...How in the fuck do all the pro's have such nice skin with all the shit they take...????

go back on cycle.....lol. seriously though, only time i ever have any acne problems is when i come off. Acne is caused mainly by fluctuations in hormones, hence why a woman gets acne during her period and men do during purberty. So when your natty test is kicking back up you get acne again.

Sometimes when your off the acne gets worse. The same has happened to me, I used for years and never broke out, But out of the blue it started...Scrub the areas very well I like Noxema and what works best is tanning 2-3 times a week should clear it up,my back was very bad after two weeks of tanning there was a great approvement

yes, and TANNING, helps more than anything also....good point

Sounds like you're asking for a sure fire way to get rid of acne. Someone already pretty much gave you your only option for that....accutane. You can also start doing internal cleanses and balancing out yeasts with probiotics. That's more of a long term cure though.

anyone here had success with b5? Ive herd large doses of that dries you out but not as bad as accutane and with alot less sides. Maybe Im wrong though its just what ive herd

Vit B5 is amazing. I get nasty acne during "hormone fluctuations" (female stuff) and it really works wonders - I used to get acne like crazy all the way up until around age 37 - hormone change - rarely get anythign now except the monthly stuff. Load it for a couple days and then back down on it.

im on my first course of accutane and only in the first month and its already working, cant wait to say bye bye to this shit.

i only wish i started it earlier. i broke out for the first time after my last cycle and i was like wtf, same thing as you with the blackheads and i figured id just give it some time and it would go away with tanning and OTC shit. wrong, it got worse to the point where i never took my shirt off during the summer which sucked balls and eventually it turned painful and was fucking with my sleep. if you have insurance imo its a no brainer to go see the derm and get a course under the supervision of the doc

^^^ What he said.

Okay, here's the long view of things. Our skin is our largest organ. The health of our skin is indicative of our internal health, and our skin is also one our body's main defenses and detoxifiers.

Alternative medicine holds the view that our intestinal health is directly reflected through our skin (the old, you are what you eat scenario). So trying to detoxify your body and then eating a super clean diet that's really rich in green veggies, rebuilding intestinal flora, avoiding processed foods -- in particular refined carbs -- drinking lots of water and trying to achieve a level of homeostasis (which literally means balance and stability, in this case applied to your physical body and its health), are the only things that you can do to clear up your skin long term. Saw Palmetto and nettles might help, too.

But you want it fixed now, you take Accutane and realize this is the price you pay for what you're trying to achieve.

And as for the pros, I suspect there's quite a bit of makeup and photo enhancing going on, I could be wrong. The thing is everyone's body responds differently, one person has no sides, another gets impotent, another loses their hair and another gets acne ... and some poor bastard gets EVERYTHING.

I totally agree...you are what you eat/consume...

For me, I had really bad acne all my life, tried EVERYTHING.....nothing worked...until.......ACCUTANE...thank god for it!....it has harsh sides (that go away) but the acne is gone too....completely for me for a couple years...now 6 years later i get odd zits here and there...totally acceptable for me.

go see a derm and get somr info

Most derms are really hesitant to write scripts for accutane these days unless it's really really bad.
differin gel and a tetracyline antibiotic worked wonders for me

I'm sure if you stay off juice, your hormones will balance and it will eventually clear up..... if that is the cause of it.
