Acne during PCT

Just wondering... Guessing its normal to get acne during pct because of the fluctuating horomones?

I have noticed an increase in back acne and face acne more then ever before cycle or even on cycle. is it normal?

I had horrific back acne during my last PCT. My PCT was Clomid 100/100/50/25 and Nolva (forgot the dose). This was a couple years ago, haven't cycled since. Looking forward to a whole new PCT regimen with my next cycle using low-dose clomid, forma and post-cycle.

Has anyone noticed a decrease in acne-related sides when using an AI like Forma or Aromasin during PCT?

Did you use an ai on cycle that can help as well. If come in to pct with high estrogen can create more problems. I would say that the acne will be less with that set up. Would suggest forma for post cycle.

Yes and it sucks. You could try acnetame from ntbm and tanning to minimize it.

I never ever get acne on cycle, but I did break out like crazy in PCT after my test/masteron cycle a bit ago. Your body is trying adjust and normalize during this time. Homeostasis is the goal, but during the time your body is adjusting acne can become a big problem. Its normal and part of the game bro

I get some right fuckers during my PCT. On my shoulders and upper back. But, as has been stated previously, it's just a part of the game.

Don't waste money on products, just wash regularly, scrub your skin and keep it clean, and make sure your PCT is not nolva and clomid, because thats garbage lol.

I don't have any experience on this issue personally. I have heard a lot of good things about taking vitamin B5.

"take 10g for flare ups and take 3g daily to maintain after that."

I also heard 50mg of zinc a day will help.

I was using Arimidex on cycle. 0.5mg eod I believe. No acne during the cycle, but I stopped taking the adex for PCT which I guess may have caused estrogen to spike.
