I had ACL replacment surgery graph from my pateller tendon.
has been two years. I need to get it back in shape, It is weak.
and it wont straighten out all the way. should i force it?
what would bee a good pool routine?

You should see a Dr about that. When I had my first ACL done, I formed what is called a cyclops legion of scar tissue under the knee cap which prevented my knee from straightening. They had to go back in, minor surgery, and scrape the tissue out. Unfortunately my knee only straightened to about 100 degrees and the 3 following scopes failed so my case sounds a little more serious, but I would still have it checked out.

did you have any rehab?? If you cant straighten it all the way my guess is there is some good buil up of scar tissue. You really should see a PT before starting an exercise program

it will almost straighten but not all the way , it about a inch or to shy..
